Norm has significant experience in the wholesale and retail sectors, with expertise in multi-channel retail, global sourcing, distribution center management and digital. Norm has been COO of Bella + Canvas / Alo Yoga, the leading wholesale apparel supplier to the imprintable products industry and the leading retail brand of yoga and yoga-inspired street apparel since April 2021. Prior to Bella + Canvas / Alo Yoga, Norm was CEO of alphabroder, a current Littlejohn & Co. portfolio company. Norm was appointed CEO of alphabroder when Littlejohn & Co. acquired the company, after having served as COO for many years. Earlier in his career Norm had senior operating roles at Staples and Michael’s before moving to the digital space at Egghead.com, Yahoo and uBid. Norm earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
